Do you have properties for large groups of students? We have all manner of options for students from 1 bedroom properties to 12 bedroom properties and we are taking on new properties all the time. We also have properties next to each other or on the same street.
Can I apply as an individual for accommodation? We always take individuals and we can either fit you in with other individuals into a property or fit you in with other groups of people in a property.
Do you charge an admin/booking fee? We don't believe in charging the students an admin/booking fee!
How do the Utilities (Internet, Electric, Gas and TV licence) costs for the property work? We pay all the utilities and then re-charge you actual amount at the end of the year. During the year we take £100 a term on account for the utilities and then we match it up to how much you have actually spent and then you either owe us a bit more or we will refund the difference back to you.
Once you have moved in...
What happens if I have a problem in the house? If it is during office hours contact us as soon as possible and we will get someone to look at the property normally within 24 hours and nine times out of ten the problem will be sorted.
If it is out of office hours contact our on call maintenance person who will be with you as soon as possible.
What happens if we move into a house and realise that we aren't happy with the people we are living with? We have had this problem on a number of occasions and more often than not we can do a room swap with another tenant and move people around.
